I could bore you with CV talk or huge clientele, but one of the best qualities to have as a designer is honesty. Not only when I talk to you, my client, but it is also important to display honesty in and throughout the design process.

Don't try and force one thing to become another, and if it doesn't quite feel right, it often isn't. It is in essence that sensitivity to the balance and responses of all our senses to the object or image being created that defines a designer.

Appreciation and recognition for the environment, and nature inspires me, so designing with it in mind is only respectful. Nature is something that can invoke core feelings and responses, endures infinitely and yet is ever changing to its situation on a grand or small scale.

Leonardo Da Vinci was a man, who I believe appreciated this and because of his curiosity, intelligence and investigative qualities, led him to great fame in his time and beyond for his design achievements. To be so far ahead of your time is incredible. Mastery of many disciplines is something that Leonardo achieved, and inspires 10's of thousands, including myself even today. After all it is the zenith of design to know and understand what will be needed in the future.

These paragraphs I hope give you an overall feeling of my thoughts and inspirations. Of course, this is only a sample of the complexities that help in directing me as a designer.
